Trade terms, inspection and documents

01Trade terms

Quoted on EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, DAP, DDP against your nominated port. Minimum order 2 MT; lead time 8–12 days from confirmed order. Payment instrument (advance, letter of credit or agreed terms) is recorded in the sales contract before production.

02Inspection

You may nominate your own inspection agency, or a third party such as SGS or Bureau Veritas, at the packhouse before stuffing. Inspection is at the buyer's account unless agreed otherwise, and the approved sample becomes the quality reference.

03Documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the certificates applicable to this product (Tea Board of India, FSSAI, GI Darjeeling). Additional destination documents are confirmed per shipment.
