1. Registrations we hold

Our trading entity is registered with the following authorities:

• GST Registration — GSTIN 23ABFCA7786G1ZG, Madhya Pradesh (state code 23), with exports made under a Letter of Undertaking.
• Importer Exporter Code (IEC) issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
• APEDA registration-cum-membership certificate for scheduled agricultural products.
• Spices Board Certificate of Registration as Exporter of Spices (CRES).
• FSSAI central licence for food handling, storage and labelling.
• ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system at our packing lines.

2. Customs and foreign trade

Shipping bills are filed electronically on ICEGATE under the Customs Act, 1962 and the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992. Commodity classification follows the ITC (HS) schedule, and every product page on this site carries its HS code.

Where a commodity is subject to a minimum export price, quota or prohibition notified by DGFT — as periodically applied to onion, non-basmati rice, wheat and sugar — we ship only within the terms of the notification in force on the date of the shipping bill.

3. Plant quarantine and food safety

Phytosanitary certificates are issued by the National Plant Protection Organisation under the Destructive Insects and Pests Act, 1914 and the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) Order, 2003, in the IPPC format the importing country requires.

Pesticide residue, aflatoxin and heavy metal testing is carried out at NABL-accredited laboratories to the tolerance limits of the destination market, including EU Regulation 396/2005 for European buyers.

4. Labelling and weights

Packing is marked in accordance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 and the labelling requirements of the destination country, showing net weight, lot number, harvest season, packer identity and country of origin — India.

5. Banking and foreign exchange

Export proceeds are realised through our authorised dealer bank and reported on EDPMS in line with the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and RBI Master Directions on Export of Goods and Services.

6. Sanctions, anti-bribery and ethical sourcing

We screen counterparties against UN, EU, UK and OFAC sanctions lists and decline business that would breach them. We prohibit facilitation payments under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, and our farm-partner agreements prohibit child and forced labour.

7. GI-tagged products

For products protected under the Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration and Protection) Act, 1999 — such as Kashmir Saffron, Nagpur Orange and Darjeeling Tea — we source only from registered authorised users and pass the GI authentication through to the buyer's document set.
